Your Journey to Wellness Starts at St. Charles.

Whether you are a beginner, returning to movement, or seeking a space for recovery, Bit of a Stretch offers a human-centered approach to help you feel better in your body today.

Our mission at 106 East Main Street is to provide movement that is supportive and adaptable. From yoga to recovery and wellness services, we offer tools to help our community thrive together.

Flow

A steady, breath-led practice that moves through accessible yoga postures while building mobility, balance, and body awareness. Each class offers space to modify, challenge yourself, or slow things down depending on what you need that day.

Sculpt

Yoga meets functional strength. Sculpt combines intentional movement with weights and resistance to build strength, stability, and endurance while keeping the practice approachable and adaptable.

Barre

Small, controlled movements meet yoga-inspired mobility and strength. Expect focused work for the legs, glutes, core, and upper body with plenty of options to adjust intensity.

Chair

A fully supported yoga practice using the chair as a tool for balance, stability, strength, and mobility. Chair Yoga is for anyone who prefers or benefits from additional support while still getting a meaningful whole-body practice.

Restore

A slower, supported practice designed to create space for rest, stillness, and recovery. Props and longer-held positions allow the body to settle without asking it to perform.

Meditation & Breathwork

Guided practices that use breath, awareness, and meditation to support calm, focus, connection, and intentional pause. Practices are approachable and adaptable, with no prior meditation experience required.
