Nicole knows what burnout feels like. As a Registered Nurse, she spent years pouring into others while running on empty herself. When she finally turned to yoga and somatic practices, she didn't just find relief — she found a path back to herself.
I blend clinical knowledge with holistic healing. I'm certified in Naturopathy, Sound Healing, Reiki, EFT/TFT Tapping, Functional Medicine, and Trauma-Somatic yoga, creating a space that supports both the body and nervous system. RYT-200 completing additional 300-hour this year for RYT-500 certification.
Bit of A Stretch was founded in 2023 on the belief that everyone deserves a safe, welcoming space to reconnect with their body, calm their nervous system, and simply feel better. This isn't about perfection. It's about showing up — exactly as you are.
Bit of a Stretch was created to help people feel better, both mentally and physically.
As a Registered Nurse, Nicole saw firsthand how stress, burnout, and constant demands impact the body. Yoga became a way to reconnect, reset, and rebuild from the inside out.
This studio was built to offer that same experience to others. A space that is welcoming, supportive, and free from pressure.
No mirrors. No judgment. Just real movement, real support, and a place to come back to yourself.

Flow / Strength-Based Classes
Build strength, improve flexibility, and move through guided sequences that are adaptable for all levels.
Sculpt / Weights
Strength-focused classes using light weights and controlled movement to build endurance and stability.
Barre-Inspired Movement
Low-impact, high-burn movements that improve posture, control, and muscle endurance.
Chair Yoga
A supportive class using a chair for stability. Focuses on mobility, balance, and gentle strength.
🌿 RESTORATIVE + MEDITATION
Restorative Yoga
A slower, supportive practice focused on deep relaxation and recovery. Designed to calm the nervous system and release built-up tension.
Meditation + Breathwork
Guided practices to quiet the mind, regulate the body, and create space for clarity and calm.
*These practices are offered in workshops, private sessions, and will be expanding into evening and weekend classes.

Private Sessions
Deepen your practice with one-on-one yoga and wellness sessions designed specifically for your unique nervous system and physical needs. These tailored experiences offer the individual attention required for true regulation and recovery.
Work individually through Restorative Yoga for deep relaxation, Meditation and Breathwork for clarity, or Somatic Movement focused on gently reducing tension and building sustainable strength.
